About the role
Kinstead helps experienced Nurse Practitioners across Massachusetts start their own independent practices, providing the business and operational support needed to make it doable. You’ll own your practice, choose the patients you want to serve, and decide what your schedule looks like, while Kinstead handles credentialing, billing, technology, scheduling, front‑desk support, legal compliance, website and marketing, and tools to grow your patient panel.
You can begin with just a few hours a week while continuing to work elsewhere, and grow at whatever pace makes sense for you — whether your practice stays part‑time or eventually replaces your current job.

Requirements
- Experienced FNP, PMHNP, or other Nurse Practitioner
- Active Massachusetts NP license meeting the state’s requirements for independent practice
- Several years of experience caring for patients
- Strong ties to the community you hope to serve
- Have thought about starting your own practice (even if you haven’t been sure where to begin)
- Desire greater ownership over how you care for patients and how you structure your work
