About the role

Kinstead helps experienced Nurse Practitioners across Massachusetts start their own independent practices, providing the business and operational support needed to make it doable. You own your practice, choose the patients you serve, and set your schedule, while Kinstead handles credentialing, billing, technology, scheduling, front‑desk support, legal compliance, website and marketing, and tools to grow your patient panel.

Responsibilities

• Insurance credentialing and payer contracting
• Billing, coding, and revenue cycle management
• EHR and technology
• Scheduling and patient intake
• Virtual front desk with real humans answering patient calls
• Business setup, legal, and compliance support
• Website and marketing support
• Tools and support to help you grow your patient panel

Requirements

• Experienced FNP, PMHNP, or other Nurse Practitioner
• Active Massachusetts NP license meeting the state’s requirements for independent practice
• Several years of experience caring for patients
• Strong ties to the community you hope to serve
• Interest in starting your own practice (no business plan required)
