Responsibilities
- Perform complete collision repairs from teardown through final assembly
- Repair and replace damaged body panels and structural components
- Complete metal work, panel alignment, and vehicle reassembly
- Diagnose repair needs and follow manufacturer repair procedures
- Ensure repairs meet the highest standards for quality and safety
- Communicate effectively with estimators, painters, and management to keep repairs on schedule
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Qualifications
- Previous collision repair experience required
- Experience with frame and structural repairs is a plus
- I-CAR and/or ASE certifications are preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic
