Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Starbucks Department operations, ensuring strong customer service and operational consistency.
• Support hiring, training, coaching, and development of Starbucks associates.
• Maintain a customer‑first environment and respond to service needs and concerns appropriately.
• Coordinate daily activities and responsibilities to support smooth workflow and service levels.
• Maintain calm, consistent operations during high‑volume periods.
• Execute company and Starbucks programs, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and product handling standards.
• Manage ordering, inventory levels, product rotation, and storage.
• Support department sales, budgeting, and expense management.
• Maintain accurate communication with vendors, store management teams, and community partners.
• Complete required reporting and administrative responsibilities.
