This hands-on role develops your supervisory experience, coaching skills, coffee/tea passion, and business acumen to build your understanding of store management. - Inspire others as a dynamic brand ambassador dedicated to achieving results through your team.
- Ensure Starbucks’ quality standards and property core service standards are met.
- Supervise and measure guest service delivery consistent with company core service standards and brand attributes.
Requirements
- 2 years of retail/customer service management experience OR 4+ years of US Military service.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment.
- Minimum High School diploma or GED.
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country of application.
- Ability to work full time (regularly over 40 hours per week), including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Pay
$60,000 - $65,000 per year plus bonus eligibility.
