Starbucks Lead (FT)

About the role

The Starbucks Lead is responsible primarily for taking the guest's food and/or beverage orders, as well as some supervision of other baristas in the Starbucks located on the property of the resort.

Responsibilities

• Take guest food and/or beverage orders
• Supervise other baristas

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience preferred
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Refined verbal communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 25 pounds)

Schedule

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Pay

$23.00 per hour
