STARBUCKS COUNTER ATTENDANT: ON-CALL

About the Role

The Starbucks Counter Attendant is responsible for creating a great guest experience through a variety of duties, including order-taking, beverage and food preparation, and maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment.

Responsibilities

• Practice, support, and promote Graton Resort & Casino's Company-wide culture and Service Standards at all times.
• Greet guests with a smile and a pleasant disposition in a timely manner.
• Prepare food and beverage items for guests.
• Use suggestive selling techniques to recommend new beverages, food, and retail items.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure supplies in outlet areas are well stocked.
• Operate the Point of Sale system, handle cash, and accurately record guests' orders.
• Resolve guest complaints professionally and courteously.
• Complete side work and any additional daily tasks as assigned.
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
