About the Role

Lead and manage a team of 5 skilled Tool and Die Makers and Maintenance professionals, overseeing daily tool room operations to ensure optimal tooling reliability and maximize production uptime.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventative and corrective die maintenance programs to minimize downtime
• Coordinate die set-ups and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the stamping tool room
• Manage the sourcing and procurement of new tooling, spare parts, and outside vendor services

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in stamping tooling and die operations
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing tool room or maintenance teams
• Proficiency in SolidWorks for navigating and interpreting tooling drawings is highly preferred
