STAMPING OPERATOR

About the role

Implements the validation plans, monitors the quality checks, and evaluates parameters to assure dimensional compliance in accordance with the design in the work instructions/documentation.

Responsibilities

• Ordering raw materials, changing stock when needed, verifying receipts, and inspecting materials and products to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Identifying improvements, recommending inputs to optimize the process, and employing industry best practices.
• Monitoring quality checks as per the plan, documenting the results per the standard quality procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, organized shop environment, ensuring compliance with standard industrial guidelines, safety policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a minimum of 4 years of related work experience.
• Requires completion of high school.
• Vocational training or an AA degree is preferred.

Pay

Competitive base salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (subject to change dependent on physical location). Total compensation includes base salary plus incentives and benefits.
