Stakeholder Manager
As a Stakeholder Manager, you will provide on-site support and data reconciliation for a Nuclear Certification Web-based Life Cycle Management Process-Integrated Data Environment (LCMP-IDE). You will offer expertise in research, process definition, system interfacing, updating system handbooks, and training with client and contractor teams supporting an Air Force client and a Cloud-based system. Your role involves working directly with the organization and integrated product teams, establishing contacts at each location, and providing oversight. Responsibilities include creating and managing user accounts and permissions, delivering program training, ensuring current configuration data within the Cloud, and making experience-based recommendations for improvement to project leadership. You will also share your expertise with other Stakeholder Managers through leadership and mentoring, contributing to team growth while expanding your project management experience in modernizing nuclear certification for weapons systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site support and data reconciliation for a Nuclear Certification Web-based Life Cycle Management Process-Integrated Data Environment (LCMP-IDE).
- Offer expertise in research, process definition, system interfacing, updating system handbooks, and training.
- Work directly with the organization and integrated product teams, establishing contacts at each location and providing oversight.
- Create and manage user accounts and permissions.
- Deliver program training to users as necessary.
- Ensure current configuration data within the Cloud environment.
- Make experience-based recommendations for improvement to project leadership.
- Share expertise with other Stakeholder Managers through leadership and mentoring.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in cyber operations.
- Knowledge of Web applications.
- Top Secret clearance.
- HS diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of DoD and DoE acquisition processes, policies, and procedures.
- Knowledge of AF Instructions and Manuals.
- Ability to work confidently with and present to senior ranking officials.
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Top Secret clearance is required.

Pay
Salary is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD).

Work Model
- Remote: Primarily remote, with occasional in-person work at a Booz Allen or customer facility.
- Hybrid: Frequent work from a Booz Allen facility, with potential visits to customer facilities as required by the role.
- Onsite: Work primarily performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, collaborating directly with colleagues and customers.
Employees working virtually are generally expected to have their cameras on during meetings to support engagement and effective communication.
