About the Role
Responsible for ensuring the success of show and event productions by managing the technical and financial aspects related to the show(s) production. Communicates event details to production crew and relevant in-house departments. Secures required passes and tickets, prepares guest lists, manages production crew and greenroom staff, ensures band members have necessary items, supervises load-in and load-out of equipment, documents disciplinary issues, and executes settlements post-show. Ensures compliance with in-house policies regarding staging, safety, and show protocol.
Responsibilities

- Ensure band members have necessary items.
- Supervise load-in and load-out of equipment.
- Document disciplinary issues and report to Production Manager.
- Execute settlements post-show.
- Ensure compliance with in-house policies regarding staging, safety, and show protocol.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of tour and stage production experience.
- Experience in stage lighting, pro audio systems, and basic video systems.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Clear and concise decision-making ability, often with limited information.
- Computer literacy in Windows applications.
- Superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
Preferred
- College degree in a relevant field.
- Tour manager experience.
Physical Demands/Working Environment
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Works in an environment with moderate to loud noise levels.
