About the role

As the Staffing & Scheduling Coordinator, you will oversee the services provided to a caseload of clients on a daily basis. This responsibility includes interfacing with clients, families, and employees to ensure quality service delivery. You will also be responsible for day-to-day staffing of cases, problem solving, assisting in the hiring process, providing orientation to new caregivers, payroll and billing, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Case Coordinator must be able to function with minimal onsite supervision.

This full-time, in-office position is based out of our Olean office. Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily client case scheduling, ensuring appropriate caregiver coverage and ongoing communication with clients and families
  • Manage staffing operations, including anticipating workforce needs, supporting hiring and orientation, and participating in on-call rotation
  • Oversee payroll, billing, and data accuracy by coordinating, entering, and auditing weekly payroll/billing and maintaining client and employee records
  • Conduct and support client consultations, on-site home and supervisory visits, and monitor customer satisfaction, escalating issues as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, state and funded program requirements, pay rate guidelines, overtime approvals, and incident reporting

Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate many activities at one time
  • Demonstrated solid customer service skills
  • Experience with hiring, onboarding new employees, payroll, and scheduling

Preferred Qualifications

  • Scheduling and data entry experience
  • Previous experience in a healthcare environment

Pay

The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.85 to $26.75 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.

Schedule

Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm.
