Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily client case scheduling, ensuring appropriate caregiver coverage and ongoing communication with clients and families
- Manage staffing operations, including anticipating workforce needs, supporting hiring and orientation, and participating in on call rotation
- Oversee payroll, billing, and data accuracy by coordinating, entering, and auditing weekly payroll/billing and maintaining client and employee records
- Conduct and support client consultations, on-site home and supervisory visits, and monitor customer satisfaction, escalating issues as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies, state and funded program requirements, pay rate guidelines, overtime approvals, and incident reporting
Required Qualifications
- A high school education or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate many activities at one time
- Demonstrated solid customer service skills
Preferred Qualification
- Scheduling and data entry experience

Pay
The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.95 to $25.45 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
