About the role

The Staffing Coord-Workforce Specialist maximizes MultiCare’s labor resource efficiently through the end-to-end cycle that begins with schedule creation, continues during the proactive work to fill open shifts, and throughout the precise placement of scheduled staff. The overall objective is to drive the coordination of all scheduled staff to ensure correct staffing levels are matched with the most appropriate resources available, in order to provide quality patient care while exercising stewardship.

Requirements

  • Minimum two (2) years of post-secondary education or equivalent combination of education and additional experience
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience with staffing and attendance management in a scheduling system required, Kronos preferred
  • Previous experience in health care staffing and scheduling preferred
  • Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualifications

Pay

The pay scale is $24.83 - $35.71 USD. Pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.

Schedule

FTE: 0.9, Shift: Day, 12-hour shifts (schedule to be determined).
