About the role
Margate Health & Rehabilitation located in beautiful Jefferson, North Carolina is currently seeking a dynamic individual to work as Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler for the nursing department.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
- Previous experience in scheduling preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Nurse Leadership team to facilitate quality care for residents.
- Coordinate all Nursing, Certified Medication Aide (CMA) and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) schedules for each month and find replacements to meet staffing guidelines.
- Provide daily and weekly reporting of Nursing, CMA and CNA hours worked.
- Assist with administrative support for residents, families, and visitors.
