Staffing Coordinator (LPN)

What You'll Do

• Cook up and keep track of nursing schedules for several healthcare facilities.
• Fill vacant shifts and handle staffing demands.
• Communicate with facility leaders, nursing staff, and agency personnel.
• Keep an eye on staffing levels to make sure they meet regulatory requirements.
• Help out with the introduction and scheduling of new nursing staff.
• Keep accurate records and reports of staffing.
• Respond to staffing emergencies and schedule changes as necessary.

  Qualifications

  • A current unrestricted LPN license for the state of Tennessee.
  • Two years of work experience as an LPN.
