Aspire Senior Living Carthage is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and dependable Staffing Coordinator (CNA/CMT) to join our nursing leadership support team! The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining nursing staff schedules to ensure appropriate staffing coverage and continuity of resident care in our skilled nursing and long-term care community. This position works closely with the Director of Nursing (DON), Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), nursing leadership, and direct care staff to manage scheduling needs, coordinate shift coverage, monitor staffing levels, and address unexpected staffing challenges. The ideal Staffing Coordinator candidate is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Medication Technician (CMT) with strong organizational skills, healthcare scheduling experience, excellent communication abilities, and the flexibility to assist with direct resident care when needed. This is a hands-on Staffing Coordinator position that requires flexibility, accountability, and a willingness to support the nursing team, including assisting with floor coverage and participating in an on-call rotation.
