Staff Therapist (Fully Licensed)

Position Summary

We're hiring a part-time therapist with the aim of transitioning to a full-time role. This position offers stability, administrative support, and a caseload, while maintaining clinical freedom.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, or family therapy to a diverse caseload (adolescents and/or adults).
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with our clinical team for case consultation and support.
• Attend monthly team meetings and participate in the practice's culture.
• (Optional) Lead therapy groups or workshops if interested.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Active Texas licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or provisionally licensed with supervisor).
• Available to work some evening or weekend hours.
• Comfortable with (or willing to learn) electronic health records (EHR).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
