Staff Technical Recruiter

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Technical Recruiter to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership to shape hiring strategy and support growth across technical functions. You will own full cycle recruiting for high-priority roles, with a strong focus on candidate experience, market insight, and efficient execution. The position requires a recruiter who can build pipelines, advise stakeholders, and flex across Product, Engineering, and other technical searches as business needs evolve. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $119,800 – $149,800 annually Responsibilities Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to define hiring needs and recruiting strategies Own full cycle recruiting from intake to offer, emphasizing candidate experience Build and maintain talent pipelines for product and software engineering roles Advise hiring managers on market data and competitive positioning Flexibly manage searches across Product, Engineering, and technical roles as needed Refine sourcing and interview approaches to align with a growing organization Qualifications 8+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, focusing on Product and Technology/Engineering roles Ability to recruit across both product and engineering disciplines Working knowledge of engineering roles and technical concepts Experience in fintech, payments, or regulated industries Proven track record managing high volume requisition loads Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders Experience with modern ATS and structured interview methodologies Benefits Multiple health insurance options Flexible vacation time with additional floating holidays Retirement savings program with company contribution Equity in a publicly traded company Monthly stipend for remote work support Annual development stipend for personal growth Family-forming benefits and generous parental leave top-up Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
