Staff Technical Program Manager, SOX Compliance

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• BS in a technical discipline or equivalent with 7+ years in technical program management
• Deep expertise in SOX compliance within distributed organizations
• Experience managing large, ambiguous, cross-functional technical programs with significant stakeholder engagement
• Strong influence skills with Engineering, Product, and Finance leaders
• Ability to operate effectively in engineering contexts and make informed trade-offs
• Prominent track record of creating scalable governance and operational processes
• Strong AI-first execution mindset for program planning and operations
