SOX Program Manager
What You Will Enjoy Doing
- Annual risk assessment and SOX process scoping exercise with focus on key financial statement line items, risk and business processes and IT General Controls
- Perform and coordinate end to end walkthroughs with test of one
- Perform and review SOX key control testing and IPE testing in accordance with PCAOB standards
- Evaluate current control design effectiveness and recommend controls and documentation
- Partner with business units and key functions to assist them in implementing the SOX processes
- Maintain understanding of changes and impact on design and operation of controls
- Partner with the business and functions in issue identification, root cause, potential impact calculation and determination of effective remediation
- Evaluate Internal Audit findings and evaluate the impact on financial reporting with potential financial impact
- Alignment with the business and key stakeholders
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance control environment and culture with within Linde
What Makes You Great
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent is required
- CPA is required
- More than five (5+) years of combined relevant public accounting / SEC experience
- Internal controls experience and knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley and US SEC and PCAOB requirements
- Demonstrated experience evaluating internal control design, tests of operating effectiveness, deficiency remediation and evaluation processes
- Demonstrated ability to build positive rapport with personnel throughout global organization
- Exhibit positive attitude and maintain poise under pressure
- Systems experience with SAP, Experian and Excel

Salary Range
The salary range for this role is: $113,680- $142,100.
