Responsibilities
- Own and govern the end-to-end experimentation pipeline for new technologies
- Serve as the main connection point between the company Labs and enterprise stakeholders
- Facilitate transitions of validated technologies from lab to live production
- Manage an innovation roadmap spanning robotics, automation, and AI
- Cook up engagements with AI organizations and robotics providers for validation tests
- Oversee integration testing across automation systems and the company’s software ecosystem
- Develop deployment frameworks to ensure successful implementation of lab innovations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical discipline
- 8+ years in Technical Program Management or complex cross-functional roles
- Experience managing hardware/software integration programs in logistics environments
- Strong knowledge of supply chain systems and warehouse automation
- Proven experience in vendor management and strategic partnerships

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
