Staff Technical Program Manager

About the role

This role will drive complex technical programs across engineering and business partners in a fast-moving healthcare environment. You will guide initiatives from concept through launch, balancing risks, priorities, and execution details to keep programs on track. The position requires strong cross-functional leadership, technical fluency, and the ability to create alignment that improves operational efficiency and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering Managers and cross-functional teams to guide projects from concept to launch
• Evaluate project risks and trade-offs, prioritizing partner needs and driving informed decisions
• Monitor project health and proactively mitigate risks and issues
• Engage stakeholders to establish focus and alignment, driving positive business outcomes
• Define and institutionalize program management best practices to improve operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience in technical program management for large-scale software or digital health products
• Strong technical expertise in complex engineering environments
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and communication skills
• Proven track record in driving operational excellence and productivity improvements

Compensation

$201,000 – $226,000 annually
