Staff Technical Program Manager, AI Native

Responsibilities

• Own the department's end-to-end planning operating system
• Lead weekly execution alignment meetings
• Develop strategic collateral for team and executive presentations
• Centralize department's artifacts into a reliable source of truth
• Transform the operating system from AI-assisted to AI-native
• Cook up cross-departmental coordination for intake and staffing
• Manage high-priority projects such as strategy analysis and data audits

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience leading complex projects end-to-end
• Deep technical fluency with relevant technologies and tools
• Demonstrated ability to automate tasks and manage AI agents
• Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Bachelor's Degree in software engineering or similar field
