Accountabilities
- Own the department’s end-to-end operating rhythm, including quarterly planning, OKR cycles, roadmap management, executive reviews, and goal tracking.
- Lead weekly execution alignment processes by managing agendas, preparing materials, documenting decisions, and ensuring follow-through.
- Develop strategic communications and executive-level materials, including presentations, planning documents, and team updates.
- Establish and maintain reliable sources of truth for program information, documentation, and knowledge management.
- Drive the transformation from AI-assisted workflows to AI-native operating practices by identifying automation opportunities and implementing scalable solutions.
- Act as a connector across engineering, product, business, and operational teams to improve collaboration and execution.
- Identify organizational challenges, communication gaps, and process inefficiencies, proactively creating solutions.
- Support strategy operations by reviewing materials, identifying risks, and helping leaders make informed decisions.
- Lead high-priority cross-functional projects from concept through completion, including strategic analyses, evaluations, audits, and operational improvements.
- Use AI tools and agents to improve planning, documentation, dependency management, risk identification, communication, and delivery processes.
- Mentor teams on effective AI adoption by sharing workflows, automation patterns, and best practices.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI capabilities and recommend improvements to team operations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of technical program management experience with a proven record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand engineering systems, influence technical decisions, and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Experience using engineering and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Linear, and AI-based productivity tools.
- Advanced experience using AI tools and automation to enhance workflows, manage information, and improve decision-making.
- Strong ability to simplify complex programs, create structure from ambiguity, and drive execution without unnecessary process.
- Experience partnering with senior executives and representing leadership perspectives across teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong ownership mindset with exceptional follow-through and accountability.
- Able to build trust across diverse teams, including engineering, product, legal, finance, and business stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience with AI agents, AI-assisted development tools, or AI-driven knowledge management practices is highly preferred.
