Staff Technical Product Manager-Connected Vehicle Services & Tools

About the role

This role will lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for interconnected service areas and supporting tools
• Drive product strategy for connected vehicle charging services and internal tools
• Manage product development for subscription services and customer account lifecycle
• Lead the strategy for app-to-vehicle command capabilities
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to influence product architecture
• Navigate complex interdependencies to manage risks and ensure roadmap feasibility
• Support operational teams with the tools needed for effective service management

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in connected vehicle services or IoT platforms
• Experience in building SaaS operational tools and services at scale
• Proven track record of launching technical products for end-users and internal teams
• Fluency in vehicle-to-cloud architectures and remote command patterns
• Strong skills in integrating services with third-party providers, particularly in payments and charging networks
• Excellent risk management skills for complex cross-organizational dependencies
• Effective communication skills for aligning diverse stakeholders
