What You'll Do
- Assist Professional Land Surveyors with boundary, topographic, ALTA, construction, and other land surveying projects.
- Assist with the preparation of survey information used for grading plans, utilities, stormwater systems, roadway designs, and other civil site plans.
- Review field data and survey information for completeness and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge of field surveying methods and equipment to better understand, interpret, and process field data.
- Support the PLS throughout the surveying process and take on increasing responsibility as technical knowledge and experience develop.
What We're Looking For
- SIT or RLS/PLS in North or South Carolina.
- Bachelor's degree in surveying, geomatics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in land surveying, ideally with land development and civil site design projects.
- Proficiency in surveying technology, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GPS/GNSS systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with engineers, clients, and stakeholders.
