About the role
As a Full-time Staff Supervisor, you will perform and supervise the delivery of resident care under the direction of the Program Manager. You will serve as a positive role model for residents to observe and learn socially effective values, attitudes, and behaviors. Additionally, you will supervise direct care staff, including performance evaluations, scheduling, and disciplinary issues.

Requirements
The selected candidate will meet one of the following education and experience criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field
- Associate's degree and at least three months of experience working with children
- High School Diploma or GED with at least six months of experience working with children
Preference will be given to candidates who have:
- Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of full-time experience in a human service field, with at least 1 year in a children's residential facility
- High School Diploma plus 3 or more years of experience in the human service field, with at least 1 year in a children's residential facility

Pay
Annual compensation up to $50,000 depending on qualifications, with additional incentives available up to $6,000 annually.
