Partner with the Sales team to help educate customers on the value of Stryker’s Smart Care solutions through product demonstrations and presentations
Work closely with the customer's IT team to ensure they fully understand our deployment methodologies and requirements
Qualify our customer's network infrastructure via assessments using Ekahau AI Pro Survey, Omnipeek, and Wireshark analysis tools
Design Smart Care architecture for customer deployments and prepare customer infrastructure assessment reports for our professional services team
Respond to RFIs/RFPs and IT questionnaires and take part in trade shows, conferences, and marketing events as needed

B.S. in Information Technology or related field; or 6+ years additional relevant work experience
Minimum 4 years experience in technical sales or integration development for healthcare organizations
Deep understanding of Windows, Linux and Cloud architectures
Solid understanding of server virtualization
50% travel throughout the territory is required specifically: Western US

Preferred:

2+ years of enterprise 802.11 wireless and LAN/WAN networking experience
Hands-on experience deploying Mobile Applications for Smartphones via MDM solutions
Experience with middleware and EMR/EHR applications
Integration knowledge and experience with 3rd party systems (e.g. Nurse Call, Patient Monitoring, Middleware, and SIP trunking)
Wi-Fi or Route/Switch certifications preferred
