Role and Responsibilities

Provides comprehensive nursing care across diverse healthcare settings, collaborating with the healthcare team to support patients and families along the health-illness continuum.

Performs initial and ongoing health assessments, diagnoses, and documents patient needs.

Develops and implements care plans based on nursing diagnoses, evaluating patient responses and revising interventions as needed.

Participates actively in process improvement initiatives to enhance clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Focuses on safety, quality, and efficiency in all job duties as part of a High Reliability Organization (HRO).

Qualifications and Skills

• Requires a valid Ohio RN license, Basic Life Support (BLS), and a state driver’s license.
• No prior experience necessary; a background in nursing is preferred.
• Ability to perform assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning.
