Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive assessments of medical-surgical and orthopedic patients
- Administer medications and manage pain and wounds
- Monitor telemetry and coordinate interdisciplinary care
- Educate patients and families on recovery and discharge plans
- Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained
