About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Staff RN for a MedSurg Ortho Unit. In this bedside role, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based care to medical-surgical and orthopedic patients, including post-operative joint and fracture cases.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments
- Administer medications
- Manage pain and wounds
- Monitor telemetry
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care
- Educate patients and families on recovery and discharge plans
- Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained
