Staff RN - Medsurg Orthopedic Unit

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adult medical-surgical and orthopedic patients
• Manage post-operative recovery, pain, mobility, and complex medication administration
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop/update individualized care plans
• Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN licensure
• Experience in medical-surgical and orthopedic care preferred
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
