About the Role

Provide evidence-based nursing care to medically complex adult patients in the Medical ICU Intermediate unit.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and deliver nursing care to medically complex adult patients.
• Manage high-acuity therapies and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Support patients and families through education and advocacy.
• Maintain strict safety and infection control standards.
