About the role

Lead Patient Care: Organize and deliver comprehensive care by managing all phases of the patient care process, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.

Guide and Delegate: Act as a team leader by delegating care responsibilities to nursing staff based on their licensure, training, and role specifications.

Maintain Compliance: Adhere to the standards set by the Joint Commission and other relevant federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.

Monitor Critical Conditions: Provide continuous assessment and monitoring of patients in critical conditions, utilizing advanced technology and clinical judgment to respond swiftly to changes in patient status.

Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring optimal outcomes for patients in the ICU/Intermediate Care Unit.

Requirements

  • BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing.
  • Must have at least 1 year of Med/Surg RN experience.

Qualifications

  • Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within one year.

Pay

$41.22 - $61.83 / hour

Schedule

This Position Will Work The Following 60 hours per pay periodEvery Third WeekendRotating 12 Hour ShiftsDay Shift: 7:00AM - 7:30PMOvernight Shift: 7:00PM - 7:30AM
