Benefits: there is a "Perks & Benefits" section. Pay and Schedule: not given. So we should not include Pay or Schedule sections. Use

for each section heading. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO, etc. Remove duplicated lines. Keep all substantive info. Perks & Benefits At Froedtert Health Froedtert Health Offers a variety of perks & benefits to staff, depending on your role you may be eligible for the following: Paid time offGrowth opportunity- Career Pathways & Career Tuition Assistance, CEU opportunitiesAcademic Partnership with the Medical College of WisconsinReferral bonusesRetirement plan - 403bMedical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short & Long Term Disability, Free Workplace ClinicsEmployee Assistance Programs, Adoption Assistance, Healthy Contributions, Care@Work, Moving Assistance, Discounts on gym memberships, travel and other work life benefits available Then there is a paragraph about Froedtert & MCW health network etc. That is more description but could be considered "About the organization". Might be considered part of "About the role"? The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. We have content for About the role (Job Summary). Could also have "Responsibilities" (the responsibilities list). Could have "Qualifications" (Experience, Education, Training, Special Skills, Licensure). Could have "Benefits". Could have "Location/Shift" maybe not needed as a section; but we could incorporate location into a short paragraph under About the role or separate? The instruction: do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Location, FTE, Standard Hours, Shift are metadata; we could put them in a short

maybe under About the role or separate? Probably better to include them in a short paragraph after the job summary as part of About the role. We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Benefits are stated, so we can include Benefits section. We should not create a section for "About the role" if we have Job Summary content; yes we can. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now produce HTML:

    About the role

Location: US:WI:MILWAUKEE at Froedtert Hospital facility. This is an on‑site position with 1.0 FTE, standard 40‑hour weeks, Shift 1.

    [Job Summary text]

But we need to preserve all substantive information; we should not lose any details from Job Summary. So include the full Job Summary paragraph(s). The Job Summary includes multiple sentences; we can keep as one

. Then Responsibilities: we have a list of responsibilities: "maintaining detailed and accurate patient records related to pacemakers, defibrillators, and loop recorders, administering medications, telephone triage, providing patient and family education, coordination of care, and performing, assisting with, and/or monitoring procedures." Also "may also be asked to perform other duties as assigned relevant to the Electrophysiology Nursing Specialty." Also additional competencies list: "pre- and post-procedure assessment, vascular access, infusion therapy, phlebotomy, post-procedure recovery, care coordination and teach back methods, point of care testing, interrogation, programming, and management of pacemakers, defibrillators, Incision and wound care, Cardiac Telemetry interpretation, and procedure-specific instruments and equipment needed for patient care." That's a lot; we could treat as responsibilities as well. Could combine into one

with items. Qualifications: we have Experience, Education, Training, Special Skills, Licensure. Could make a
with each as items. Benefits: list from perks & benefits: Paid time off, Growth opportunity- Career Pathways & Career Tuition Assistance, CEU opportunities, Academic Partnership with the Medical College of Wisconsin, Referral bonuses, Retirement plan - 403b, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short & Long Term Disability, Free Workplace Clinics, Employee Assistance Programs, Adoption Assistance, Healthy Contributions, Care@Work, Moving Assistance, Discounts on gym memberships, travel and other work life benefits available. We need to preserve all; we can split into items. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. Remove the paragraph about Froedtert & MCW health network? That is substantive description of organization; could be considered "About the organization". But instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. It is present; we could add a section "About Froedtert Health" maybe. However typical sections are About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not limited to those. It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we should stick to those headings; we can omit others. The organization description could be considered part of About the role or maybe not needed. It's not required to include; we could drop it as it's not essential to the role? It's descriptive of employer; but we might keep it as a short paragraph under About the role? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we should keep that description. Where to put? Could add a short paragraph after About the role before Responsibilities, maybe as part of About the role. It's not a heading; we can just include it in a

        . Thus final HTML:
