Job Summary

Provides general nursing care to patients and families across diverse, acute care settings in a 24/7 department. The RN practices according to Ohio Board of Nursing standards, delegating tasks appropriately, and assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.

Responsibilities

• Performs assessments
• Develops and documents care plans
• Evaluates patient responses
• Participates in process improvements
• Focuses on safety, quality, and efficiency as part of a High Reliability Organization

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN license
• BLS certification
• BSN required after 5 years
• Work shift is night, with 36 hours weekly in the Cardiovascular Unit 1
