Staff Resource Pool - Assistant Branch Manager
About the role
Mission Fed is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to join their team. This position is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced, member-focused environment and is passionate about leadership, sales, and service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Support daily branch operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Coach and motivate team members to achieve sales and service goals.
- Aid in member transactions, new account openings, and lending, including real estate loans (with MLO status).
- Create a welcoming environment that promotes Mission Fed’s products and services.
- Contribute to branch marketing plans and community outreach initiatives.
- Assist with operational oversight, sales strategy, and community engagement.
- Step in as acting Branch Manager when needed.
Requirements
- Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3+ years in financial services, including sales, lending, and operations. Supervisory experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain confidentiality.
- Technology: Familiarity with Microsoft Office; Symitar experience is a plus.
- Qualifications: Willingness to obtain Notary and Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) credentials.

Pay
Base Pay/Salary: $28.00 - $34.00 an hour. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
