About the role
Coordinate and ensure quality and safe delivery of home health care services. Oversee the provision of home health care services that reflect the Agency Philosophy and standards of home health and nursing care for assigned patients.

- Ensure quality and safe delivery of nursing care services
Requirements
- Three years of related experience
- Working knowledge of specialized practices, equipment, and procedures
- Georgia Licensed Practical Nurse or Multistate Nursing License
- Healthcare Provider (CPR) certification
- Ability to communicate with a wide range of people to create a positive image of Tanner Health System
- Basic computer skills
- Minimum three years experience in an education setting
- Pleasant, professional demeanor and confident personality
Qualifications
- Proven ability to make independent judgments, displaying emotional maturity and sound judgment
- Proven ability to organize and prioritize for maximum time utilization
- Proven ability to work with others at all levels within and outside Tanner
