Staff Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health (Days)

About the Role

To coordinate and ensure quality and safe delivery of home health care services. To coordinate provision of home health care services that reflect the Agency Philosophy and standards of home health and nursing care of assigned patients. To ensure quality and safe delivery of nursing care services.

Requirements

• One year of related experience
• Working knowledge of standard practices and procedures
• Valid Georgia Driver’s License or ability to obtain one
• Active Georgia Registered Nurse or Multistate Nursing License
• Healthcare Provider (CPR) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
• Proof of vehicle insurance

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with a wide range of people to create a positive image of Tanner Health System
• Basic computer skills
• One year experience as an RN II at Tanner or a minimum of 24 months experience as a Registered Nurse for new hires
• Pleasant, professional demeanor and confident personality
• Proven ability to make independent judgments, displaying emotional maturity and using sound judgment
• Proven ability to organize and prioritize for maximum time utilization
• Proven ability to work with others at all levels within and outside Tanner

Pay

$10,000 sign-on bonus for external hires only.
