To coordinate and ensure quality and safe delivery of home health care services.

To Coordinate provision of home health care services that reflect the Agency Philosophy and standards of home health and nursing care of assigned patients.

To ensure quality and safe delivery of nursing care services.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with a wide range of people to create a positive image of Tanner Health System
• Basic computer skills required
• Pleasant, professional demeanor, confident personality
• Proven ability to make independent judgments, displaying emotional maturity and using sound judgment
• Proven ability to organize and prioritize for maximum time utilization
• Proven ability to work with others at all levels within and outside Tanner

Requirements

• Education: See License/Certification Requirements
• Experience: One year of related experience.
• Requires working knowledge of standard practices and procedures.

Licenses & Certifications

• Drivers License
• Georgia Registered Nurse or Multistate Nursing License
• Healthcare Provider (CPR)
• Vehicle Insurance
