Overview We are looking for an experienced Staff Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. People are the driving force of success at LegalZoom and we’re building the team that drives our growth and shapes our culture. We are a fungible recruiting team, meaning you’ll be supporting various organizations and roles. If you’re someone who is passionate about providing an exceptional candidate experience while serving as a strategic advisor to our hiring teams, we want to talk to you! You will Source candidates from multiple venues and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidatesScreen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, schedule and host in-person interviews, and administer pre-employment testsMeet recruiting metrics based on operational needs and TA standardsRegular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment processDevelop strong relationships and partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR.Ensure compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and proceduresMaintain a constant and steady focus on the marketplace and disseminate market intelligence to key client groups You have 7+ years of high-volume, full life-cycle recruiting experience with exempt, technical, and management level positionsEffective interviewing skillsStrong knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practicesAbility to source, attract, and hire the best candidate using traditional and social media methodsAbility to multi-task in a fast paced environmentExceptional client service, communication, and teaming skillsStrong attention to detail, balanced by ability to see big pictureAbility to perform in a self-managed environmentBachelor's degree preferred The salary range for this role is $114,200-$182,800. Actual compensation offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to: geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, and/or other business and organizational needs. In addition, an annual bonus, incentive bonus and/or restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package.
