About the role
We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate licensed psychologist (Counseling or Clinical) for a fully remote position who is energized by working with neurodiverse children, youth, and their families. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations via secure telehealth platforms, including developmental history interviews, behavioral observations, and standardized assessment procedures
- Administer, score, and interpret autism-specific assessment tools appropriate for telehealth delivery (e.g. BOSA, TELE-ASD-PEDS, remote rating scales)
- Integrate data from multiple sources including parent interviews, rating scales, school reports, medical records, and direct observation to determine diagnostic impressions
- Formulate differential diagnoses related to autism spectrum disorder and co-occurring conditions (e.g. ADHD, anxiety, developmental delays)
- Prepare comprehensive psychological evaluation reports that summarize findings, diagnostic conclusions, and individualized recommendations

Qualifications
- PhD in Counseling or Clinical Psychology from an accredited program
- Eligible to provide clinical services with a current PSYPACT authorization
- Passion for working with neurodiverse individuals and their families
- Proven competence in psychological evaluations, including skilled clinical interviewing, autism-specific assessment (including the ADOS-2 and related measures), and other standard assessment tools
- Experience with tele-assessment
- Experience with the BOSA
- Experience with the TELE-ASD-PEDS
- Practical experience delivering services to neurodiverse individuals
- Clinical experience with children, youth, and young adults
- Willingness to learn and work as a team

$90-$130k based on experience
