About the Opportunity
The Staff Program Manager - M&A Integration is responsible for driving multiple workstreams related to mergers and acquisitions integration. This role coordinates cross-functional plans, manages milestone schedules, identifies dependencies, mitigates risks, and aligns senior stakeholders to achieve integration objectives. Reporting to the Senior Director of Integration, the position plays a key role in ensuring seamless integration execution and resolution of challenges.
Responsibilities
- Develop, refine, and implement comprehensive acquisition integration plans, including detail-oriented execution timelines and cross-functional resource allocations
- Align disparate functional workstreams dynamically with overarching strategic integration objectives and business goals
- Collaborate actively with cross-functional operational teams to ensure the successful delivery and execution of integration playbooks
- Monitor day-to-day workstream progress closely, enforcing accountability and strict adherence to established project timelines
- Identify, track, and proactively mitigate operational risks and underlying business issues affecting the integration lifecycle
- Manage structural conflicts calmly and negotiate practical mitigation strategies with diverse project stakeholders
- Drive swift resolution of critical path items, technical dependencies, and cross-departmental project bottlenecks
- Lead agile stand-ups, recurring status updates, milestone reviews, and executive readiness sessions
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive professional experience managing highly complex, cross-functional enterprise programs
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a closely related professional discipline is required
- Proven technical and operational track record of successfully delivering complex enterprise projects on time and within established budgets
- Exceptional leadership capabilities combined with advanced, modern project management skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills tailored for stakeholder management
- Proven ability to operate with agility and execute effectively within a fast-paced, high-growth, and dynamic environment
Pay Range and Compensation Package
The target annual base salary range is $128,445.00 to $167,497.00 USD. The total corporate compensation package includes base salary, annual performance-based bonus structures, and equity participation plans. Final compensation placement within the established range is determined dynamically based on the applicant's education, specific qualifications, experience, remote or office location, and localized market data.
