Staff Program Manager - M&A Integration

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement acquisition integration plans, ensuring timelines and resource allocation are met
• Align functional workstreams with integration objectives for cohesive execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate successful integration
• Monitor integration progress to ensure adherence to deadlines and objectives
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that could hinder integration success
• Manage conflicts among stakeholders and negotiate mitigation strategies
• Drive resolution of critical paths and dependencies
• Conduct stand-ups, status reads, and readiness reviews to keep stakeholders informed

Qualifications

• 8+ years managing complex, cross-functional programs
• BA/BS required
• Proven track record of successful project delivery on time and within budget
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
