Responsibilities
- Develop and implement acquisition integration plans, ensuring timelines and resource allocation are met
- Align functional workstreams with integration objectives for cohesive execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate successful integration
- Monitor integration progress to ensure adherence to deadlines and objectives
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that could hinder integration success
- Manage conflicts among stakeholders and negotiate mitigation strategies
- Drive resolution of critical paths and dependencies
- Conduct stand-ups, status reads, and readiness reviews to keep stakeholders informed
Qualifications
- 8+ years managing complex, cross-functional programs
- BA/BS required
- Proven track record of successful project delivery on time and within budget
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
