Your Team, Your Impact
The Procurement team at Marvell plays a critical role in ensuring the company’s operational efficiency and cost competitiveness. This team is responsible for sourcing and managing suppliers that power Marvell’s semiconductor solutions. By negotiating strategic contracts, optimizing supply chains, and mitigating risks, the Procurement team helps secure reliable, high-quality resources at the best value. Their work directly influences product development timelines, cost structures, and overall profitability.
What You Can Expect
- Strategic Oversight & Decision-Making
- Support OSAT NPI sourcing activities
- Negotiate ad hoc charges with OSAT partners
- Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with OSAT partners and internal stakeholders
- Prepare QBR materials including formatting decks and compiling data
- Lead internal alignment meetings and OSAT pre-QBR sessions
- Process Ownership & Governance
- Support internal NPI process alignment, system enhancements and process improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements including SOX and ISO standards
- Manage and resolve issues related to OSAT sourcing processes and requests
- Financial & Cost Analysis
- Conduct cost analysis and comparisons for OSAT services
- Validate and compile AOP saving
- Leadership & Transition Management
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for strategic initiatives including SQE projects and QBR preparation
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or related field
- 3+ years of procurement experience in semiconductor field, preferably in OSAT
- Strong analytical, negotiations, and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
Base pay range: $76,720 - $114,900 per annum. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
