Procurement Performance Professional
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain procurement dashboards, reports, and executive summaries.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency and transparency across procurement systems and reporting tools.
- Support audits, compliance requirements, and internal controls related to procurement activities.
- Prepare materials for internal reviews, governance forums and management presentations.
- Track, analyze, and report KPI’s related to Direct Material, Indirect Material, and Supplier Performance Management, including reporting to Plant Business Office as needed.
- Organize and execute Performance Reviews across all departments within Procurement Americas.
- Contribute to the development, standardization, and continuous improvement of Procurement processes and analytical standards.
- Create, coordinate and follow up on training plans for new team members (SPM/DM Buyer/IDP Buyer, Program, and CE functions).
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as requested, including coordinating and managing Global Visitor agendas.
What you'll bring
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain analytics, finance, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data and insights in a clear and effective manner.
- Hightly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills.
