About the Role

Aurora’s Product Operations team is at the forefront of technology, providing partnership to product, operations, and engineering and ensuring commercial operations capabilities are delivered on time, safely, and efficiently. We do so by establishing best practices, designing processes and systems, introducing automation and insights, and by supporting the delivery of new capabilities.

We are looking for a Staff Product Operations Manager with network and infrastructure planning and logistics technology experience to join us on this exciting journey. You will report directly to the Director of Product Operations and be based in Dallas, Texas.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate the launch and adoption of new capabilities and products within the field operations, vehicle operations, and customer operations domain.
  • Oversee feedback channels, support triaging, and analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with your customers to develop a capability roadmap that supports meeting our company’s objectives.
  • Provide transparency and create alignment through effective communication of upcoming launches, opportunities, issues, and decisions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance, clarity, and training support.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a technology-focused role such as Product Management, Product Operations, Business Strategy, Product Commercialization, Technical Program Management, or Sales Strategy and Operations.
  • BA/BS degree in a related technical subject (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering), or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
  • Experience implementing technology within the network planning, logistics technology, and dispatch domain.
  • Experience working with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, etc.).
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Qualifications (Preferred)

  • MBA or equivalent.
  • Experience in the autonomous vehicle, automotive, trucking, transportation, and/or logistics industry.
  • Experience managing enterprise-level product rollout.
  • Strong technical background, with an understanding of the development process.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data, metrics, and feedback to identify issues, trends, and tooling improvements to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships; experience working directly with senior stakeholders across product, operations, and engineering.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $133,000 - $213,000 per year. Aurora’s pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, relevant education or training, and market conditions. The successful candidate will also be eligible for an annual bonus, equity compensation, and benefits.

Schedule

Aurora operates in a hybrid work environment where employees are in the office at least 3 days per week.
