Staff Product Manager (Measurement)

About the Opportunity:The STAFF PRODUCT MANAGER (MEASUREMENT) is responsible for leading the development and execution of measurement solutions that demonstrate the value of media investments on the platform. This role focuses on creating and owning product roadmaps, delivering features that enhance customer confidence and engagement, and driving innovation in attribution and measurement across multiple verticals. Responsibilities:Own and develop the roadmap for existing measurement solutions like foot traffic and first-party data attribution.Create new measurement products across different customer journeys and verticals.Write detailed product specifications guiding engineering, design, and QA teams.Monitor industry trends to inform forward-looking product strategies.Lead product features from concept through successful delivery.Adapt and deliver high-quality results in a dynamic environment.Build and launch products aimed at increasing customer engagement with the platform. Requirements:Extensive experience managing complex projects with multiple milestones.Strong collaboration skills across product, design, engineering, data science, and revenue teams.User-centered design sensibility.Excellent written communication for articulating complex ideas and building consensus.Experience leveraging AI tools effectively while knowing when to apply traditional methods.Prior experience in AdTech is strongly preferred but not mandatory. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Canada Base Salary Band $188,000 to $258,500 CADUSA Base Salary Band $168,000 to $231,000 USDFinal compensation depends on experience, skills, education, certifications, and business factors.Additional compensation may include bonuses, commissions, equity awards, and benefits.
