Staff Product Manager, Legal & Insurance

About the role

Shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. Influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for the Legal & Insurance vertical
• Translate market complexities into a coherent product strategy
• Shape product architecture, including workflows, data models, and AI-enabled features
• Collaborate with executives to evaluate opportunities and guide strategic decisions
• Build scalable solutions for various requester segments including attorneys and insurers
• Work with cross-functional teams to execute product strategy
• Identify operational friction points and turn them into product capabilities

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in product management with experience in complex enterprise-grade, data-centric products
• Proven ability to shape product strategy in ambiguous environments
• Experience in building scalable products combining workflows, data, operations, and user experience
• Strong understanding of complex workflows and system architecture
• Experience with healthcare data, data exchange, or regulated products
• Bonus: familiarity with legal and insurance industries, or AI-enabled document analysis
• Technical fluency to engage effectively with engineering and data science teams

Pay

$192,000 – $240,000 annually
